Your Call is Important to Us

I stop believing this is true when you're telling me this 51 minutes later. No matter what the automated voice says every 60 seconds.

This call is important to me because I'm locked out of my online banking and I'd like access to my money.

If my call were important to you:

  • You would have set up a call back system.
  • You would have someone available to answer the phone.
  • You would make an appointment for an optional callback time.
  • You would give me options other than being stick on hold for :::checks clock::: 56 minutes.

This is an hour of my life I'll never get back. We have the technology.
There are systems.
Companies need to do better.
My bank needs to be better.

Because based on your behavior, my call is not important to you at all.
