Self-leadership Vs. Self-discipline

Self-leadership is not the same as self-discipline.

Self-discipline is the ability to operate with order and discipline without the influence of others.

Self-leadership is the ability to operate with self-awareness (and order and discipline) for the benefit of others.
The motive is different.

Self-discipline lives in its own bubble.
Self-leadership is for others, and for a cause that’s bigger than I am.

It’s good to be self-disciplined.
But those who make a difference in the world will lead themselves.
Self-leadership changes the world because it's about more than you.

Do both.

Focus on leadership.
