Risk Safe

Risk is an inevitable part of leadership. Leaders who are unwilling to risk are probably unwilling to lead. Leaders must make decisions. And sometimes what we decide to do will not work.

At the same moment, things will not always turn out well for leaders who go-for-broke and bet the farm. People are uncomfortable with this kind of bravado and will usually go to a safer place.

Grand, bold visions are how we change the world.

But reverse engineer the grand, bold vision into clear and simple steps.
Do it for your team.
