December 2019: A Book, a Blog, and a Cool Change

I didn't post yesterday.

For the first time in nearly two years.
I almost didn't post today.
It was one of those mondays.

I need the month of December.

Daily posting will still happen. I'm committed to this blog, whatever direction it takes. However, I do believe it's "time for a cool change" as the old song goes.

After giving it some more thought today, I've realized that my blog is a little wonky and unsearchable. I have two years of content and no great way to find it.

This should be remedied.

I am also quite serious about getting this book written. I've been threatening this for over a year, and I feel like a bad parent. Always threatening but never executing.

So here's what will happen in December 2019:

1. I will not be writing any more new content for this blog in 2019.
2. I will repost older archived content every day. There's a huge possiblity you haven't seen it.
3. I will give the blog portion of my website a redesign so that the content is searchable and more accessable.
4. What I call "the garbage draft" of my book is finsihed. It's time for draft #2: The Structure Draft. I need to figure out what I have and what this book is actually about. I want to use what's left of this decade to make that happen.

So that's the plan for the rest of the year.
